The goal of our program is to expose participants to the hotel industry through hands on experience. We offer one of the best training programs in the industry. During your internship, you will be trained and rotated in several departments. Each week is carefully planned to prepare you for a department assignment.

Objective:
The goal of STEP is to develop supervisors or lead employees into Management through precise management training and field experience.
