Charles Krumwiede

Vice President of Operations/Property Support

Mr. Krumwiede, as Vice President of Operations/Property Support, has responsibility for specific day-to-day operations associated with Tharaldson Property Management/TMI. He is responsible for supervision of the TPM portfolio’s compliance with all standards related to hotel quality assurance, guest satisfaction, and controllable expenditures. His professional portfolio also includes supervision of the TMI Human Resources Program, Marketing and Sales, Training, and Hotel Performance.

Mr. Krumwiede is currently a member of the Marriott Fairfield Inn Advisory Committee, and Chair of the Marriott Fairfield Inn Operations Sub-Committee. Prior to joining TPM, Mr. Krumwiede spent over 25 years in education as a teacher, coach, counselor, and administrator. He is a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead, and North Dakota State University, with degrees in English and Physical Education, and Master degrees in Physical Education, Psychology/Counseling, and Administration.
